Q&A:

My professional journey over 30 years has been through determination and hard work. Especially through juggling students’ life experiences, working full time, and having and raising a family along the way at the same time. It was not easy but being able to set out my goals and ambition enabled me to set my plans and through determination, focus, and hard work despite all odds and dedication to family life, was able to reach my goals. In addition, received a long-standing special award for outstanding service and dedication to duty from the Chief Executive of my Healthcare Service/organization.

My journey is hard to describe as it has been many decades of work experience with ups and downs and new learnings with each new work assignment.

I am passionate about the healthcare and medical research sector and try my best to contribute in whichever way possible to improve patient lives.

The knowledge and skills acquired from this program, coupled with my professional experience and achievements will encourage and equip me with the ability and confidence to look for a workforce outside my previous comfort zone. In this current climate of job competition in top management posts. It will also no doubt be of immense help, giving me an advantage and confidence to reach this goal and make a difference. As well as give encouragement to anyone that might be having doubts about reaching their dreams and ambition.
