Rushford Business School, Switzerland, in collaboration with Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Dubai Campus, and Confab 360 Degree, successfully organized a Two- Day International Conference held in Dubai from 10th to 11th December 2025. The conference was hosted at the Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Dubai Campus, which provided excellent academic infrastructure and a conducive environment for scholarly engagement.
The international conference was conducted in hybrid mode, effectively combining both online and offline participation to accommodate a global audience. Notably, approximately 70% of the participants attended the conference in offline mode, reflecting strong on-site engagement and enthusiasm among scholars, academicians, and industry professionals.
The conference served as an important academic platform for Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) scholars of Rushford Business School, many of whom successfully presented their research papers during various technical and thematic sessions. These presentations were followed by constructive and insightful feedback from session chairs and subject matter experts, which significantly contributed to refining the scholars’ research perspectives. In recognition of academic excellence, several scholars were honored with Best Presentation Awards, acknowledging the quality, originality, and relevance of their research work.
A key highlight of the conference was the rich academic interaction among participants from diverse universities and institutions across different regions. The event facilitated meaningful networking opportunities, enabling scholars to exchange ideas, discuss contemporary research
challenges, and explore possibilities for collaborative research. As a result, multiple interdisciplinary and cross-institutional research teams were formed, laying the foundation for future joint publications and projects.
Throughout the two days, participants also benefited from a series of keynote sessions delivered by distinguished speakers from academia and industry. These sessions provided valuable insights into emerging research trends, methodological advancements, and practical implications of scholarly work. The keynote addresses played a crucial role in helping DBA scholars align their research proposals and doctoral theses with current global research standards and industry relevance.
