I am a founder and a Chief Executive Officer. I Facilitate the operations of a 21st Century pharmacy model in Lesotho.
LESODEC ANALYTICS
I am the founder and a Chief Product Architect; I design and develop public health systems that enable efficient data handling and manipulation, thereby facilitating strategic decision-making.
I also bolster pharmacovigilance activities on behalf of pharmaceutical companies, national bodies and other interested stakeholders.
I perform data modeling analysis and data packaging for media publication.
I participate in the clinical investigations of new and better ways to detect, diagnose, treat, and prevent diseases via this consultancy. We work in coordination with other international clinical research organizations and pharmaceutical companies to conduct clinical trials and pharmacovigilance services for newly designed drugs.

Getting started with two companies within a year was not an easy journey. Beautez Group had to launch two pharmacies in Lesotho for the very first time. The sheer past industry experience and relentless perseverance in the face of seemingly impossible start-up challenges took me through. Today Beautez Pharmacies are listed among the best and the most preferred pharmacies in Lesotho. Lesodec Analytics has also developed brilliant software for the Ministry of Health Lesotho to simplify the importation of Drugs in the country.
Academically: I hold two highly competitive Master’s Degrees relevant to my field; An MBA and MSc in Health Economics and Pharmacoeconomics with my DBA in process.
Career: I founded two successful companies in just one year after resigning from my previous employment. I have therefore created 18 quality Job opportunities for others in the process. That gives me a sense of fulfillment knowing that I am positively contributing to the economy of my country and to the lives of others around me.
The knowledge will expand the scope and scale of my consciousness in the area of Business and Healthcare. This will allow me to expand the companies I am already running through efficient administration. The number of services to society will broaden and more job opportunities will be created.
