Q&A:

Before I was managing my business in an old-school way, like just hiring staff and waiting for results, later I realized that I am not getting the desired outcome from my staff, so I decided to study business management.

Being the President of the Company, I must say that the COVID-19 outbreak was a tough time for everyone. Our organization was going through company-wide layoffs, which had a detrimental effect on the remaining employee’s confidence and job satisfaction.
I could see how the anxiety and stress affected our monthly sales, and I had to find a way to turn it around. So, I took the initiative to talk to the board of directors about integrating some no-cost things to incorporate at work to help with everyone. Thankfully, by including things like Flextime and Remote Work, the employees started to enjoy working at the office and from home, and our sales improved.

The projects that our company has so far completed, gave me a lot of satisfaction, in September 2022 we delivered the 23MW HPP project on schedule and it is currently being used by the Clients. And the Client has appreciated our all personnel in regard to their dedication and skills.

As I mentioned earlier, I was managing my business in an old-school way, like just hiring staff and waiting for results, later I realized that I am not getting the desired outcome from my staff, so I decided to study business management, and ultimately after this program I am capable of developing an all-round effective business arsenal and a versatile business environment.
Further, it teaches me how to align business goals across borders. As global businesses are growing, this too is an all-around popular specialization.
It’s helped me to prepare for long-term business planning and backup planning.
It’s helped me to focus on conflict resolution, team development, motivation, defining job responsibilities, and more.
