I am currently responsible for the department which is in charge of mine activity designs, those designs are inclusive of block designs for mining ore and waste, storm water designs and access roads designs.

Q&A:
The Mining plane is currently being run as a business. I felt that there was a lot the MBA can do to impact the way in which I manage, plan strategize and lead my team.
I am very experienced in the civil engineering and structural industry, that is where I started my career, then gradually moved to mining earthworks. I have really performed well in the mine planning field and look towards expanding in the project management field which so far has not been very kind to me.
Mine liability costing and sustainability. I am very passionate about sustainability.
I plan to impact the team on how we lead and also strategise. I want us to plan better as a team, not just from the design side but from more of the value chain and business plan side.
