Q&A:

I want to use my customer experience, digital and data knowledge, and experience and combine it with healthcare to make the life of everyone better. I expect to get a good understanding of the healthcare market and environment and want to dig deep into the aspect of patient journeys with my dissertation.

“A long time ago I successfully participated in the Württemberg Championship and various tournaments in chess. I love the Japanese way of thinking and behaving and am practicing Kendo for over 10 years now, reaching the 3rd Dan Kendo.
In my first education, I graduated as a cameraman and did a diploma film on Super16mm – historically!
I worked for over 10 years as a freelancer in CX/UX and frontend development from which >5 years for Siemens AG.
After my wedding and the birth of my great children, I stepped into my first employment with Ergonomen in Zurich and execution of usability tests in the laboratory.
Then I collected my first leadership & management experience at the Wirtschaftskammer Baselland in Switzerland and at my current employer MCH got a promotion and responsibility as Head of Data & CRM after starting in ICT.
Herei managed the introduction of a group-wide CRM in 2 years (wish had been there for >15 years, no one had done/dared/managed it so far) and the establishment of the state-of-the-art analytical infrastructure. Now I am looking for the potential in healthcare.”

“I like to understand things, processes, systems.
My motivation comes out of translating between different stakeholders like IT and business, bridging the gap and making projects and initiatives successful. My main focus is mostly on digital transformation initiatives especially focussing on data potential.
I love to teach and train people and enable them to understand and use technology in the best possible way.”

By combining my Customer Experience skills and my Data Management and Data Science experience I want to optimize the patient journey enabling every one of us to get the best possible treatment and experience as a patient.
